1. Acceptance
By authorizing the VOLIX Claudio TikTok Integration (the “App”) to access your TikTok account, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
The App is an internal automation tool operated by VOLIX Group (“VOLIX”) that pulls publicly-available and self-authorized TikTok analytics data through the TikTok Developer API. The App is intended for use by VOLIX team members managing the @volix.media and @belumpulang.tv TikTok accounts, and any other accounts explicitly authorized by VOLIX management.
3. Eligibility and Authorization
Use of the App is restricted to:
- Authorized VOLIX Group personnel
- TikTok account owners or co-managers who have explicitly granted OAuth access
4. Permitted Use
The App may only be used to:
- Retrieve analytics for VOLIX-owned or VOLIX-managed TikTok accounts
- Generate reports for internal VOLIX team consumption
- Support content strategy decisions
5. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Use the App to access TikTok accounts not authorized for VOLIX management
- Scrape or extract bulk data beyond what TikTok API permits
- Republish or sell analytics data to third parties
- Reverse engineer the App or attempt to bypass security controls
6. Intellectual Property
- VOLIX branding, logos, and operational know-how remain property of PT. VOLIX Group
- TikTok data accessed via the App remains property of the respective TikTok account owner
- Aggregate analytics derived from authorized data may be used internally by VOLIX
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. VOLIX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of TikTok analytics data, which originates from TikTok's API. Data quality is subject to TikTok's API availability and accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOLIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
9. Termination
- Users may terminate App access at any time by revoking TikTok OAuth permission
- VOLIX may suspend or terminate App access for any account at its discretion
- Upon termination, sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive
10. Modifications
VOLIX may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in Jakarta-based jurisdiction.
